Engaging action with feet, ankles, knees, hips, arms and hands "Bone Density" 5. Breath 6. Flexibility-Agility 7. Mental focus 8. Relaxation 9. Calmness i.e. lower blood pressure 10. Inner Peace that continue to resonate through out the day.
